At Heritage Hill Brewhouse
Saturday August 10
Sunday August 11
Heritage Hill Brewery will hold its inaugural Farm Jam the weekend of August 10 and 11. The weekend will feature top local and regional bands, with plenty craft beer and food on the beautiful Palladino Farm in Pompey.
The music starts on the outdoor stage Saturday at 3 pm with the legendary Doyle-Whiting Band led by SAMMY Hall of Famers Mark Doyle and Joe Whiting. These two greats have been touring and recording for fifty years and have remained at the top of their game. They will be followed by the Woodstock-based Blues Hall of Fame band Professor Louie and the Crowmatix. Band members have toured and recorded with legends like Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Joe Jackson and Levon Helm and The Band.
On Sunday, beginning at 3:30 pm, guitar standout Loren Barrigar will host a nice afternoon of acoustic music along with his son, L. J. Together, they will cover several musical genres including folk, gypsy jazz and Chet Atkins inspired Nashville finger picking.
Saturday and Sunday, August 10 and 11
